MCL: Stock under supervision and trading restriction (MCL)
Pursuant to Point 13.1.d, Listing Regulations at the HNX
attached to Decision No.324/QĐ-SGDHN dated 04/06/2010, HNX announces that the
following stock has been put under supervision and trading restriction:
- Issuer: Chi Linh Building Materials and House Development JSC
- Stock code: MCL
- Reason: the Company violates Point (e) Term 1 Article 12 of Listing Regulations at the HNX and Point 10 of Circular # 52/2012/TT-BTC dated 05/04/2012 on information disclosure obligations. Thus, the HNX has put MCL under supervision and trading restriction. From 09/07/2013, MCL can only be traded on Friday weekly.
- Effective date: 09/07/2013
Before 31/07/2013, Chi Linh Building Materials and House Development JSC must fulfill report and information disclosure obligations. Otherwise, HNX will temporarily stop trading MCL pursuant to Listing Regulations at the HNX.
Supervision period ends when Chi Linh Building Materials and House Development JSC overcomes current situation.HNX
