Sao Vang Rubber Joint Stock Company has corrected the report on change in the number of outstanding voting shares:

-         Number of voting shares before July 09, 2013: 16,200,000 shares

-         Number of voting shares additionally issued: 2,024,994 shares; Value: VND20,249,940,000  

-         Number of voting shares as from July 09, 2013: 18,224,216 shares; Value: VND182,242,160,000.

-         Number of treasury shares: 778 shares.
