Key Responsibilities

  • Support and implement total rewards strategies (compensation, incentives, benefits) aligned with business and market.
  • Conduct benchmarking, job evaluation, and maintain pay structure competitiveness. Manage annual salary review and bonus cycles.
  • Oversee compensation & benefits administration and ensure compliance.
  • Partner with stakeholders to align rewards with performance and business outcomes.
  • Provide reporting, insights, and guidance on reward matters.
  • Monitor market trends and propose improvements.
  • Other tasks assigned by Head.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related major.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years’ experience in compensation & benefits / total rewards, preferably in financial services.
  • Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese, able to engage with business stakeholders and explain reward concepts clearly.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information sensitively.
  • Proactive, able to prioritise workload, manage multiple tasks, and work under deadlines.
  • Be quick and responsive, promptly updating information on market trends and changes.
