Responsibilities:

1. Administrative & Operational Support

  • Provide administrative and operational support for proprietary trading activities, including proprietary trading, covered warrants, and ETFs.
  • Monitor and support the execution of operational processes across product lifecycles (e.g., Covered Warrants, ETFs), ensuring timely and accurate implementation.
  • Maintain, review, and reconcile operational data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems and departments.
  • Prepare and maintain internal documentation, templates, and supporting materials for internal use and external stakeholders (e.g., regulators, counterparties).

2. Reporting

  • Prepare and consolidate periodic reports (daily, monthly), including internal reports and submissions to regulators and relevant parties.
  • Coordinate with related departments to collect, validate, and update data in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all reported figures are accurate, complete, and compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

3. Cross-functional Coordination

  • Act as a key coordination point among internal departments, regulators, and counterparties on operational and reporting matters.
  • Track progress, follow up on deliverables, and provide regular updates on implementation status.

Requirements: 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or College degree in Finance - Banking, Securities, Accounting, Auditing or other related fields.

Experience

  • Preference will be given to candidates with working experience in securities companies or in administration/operations roles within the financial industry.
  • Knowledge of stock market operations is a plus.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Basic understanding of the securities market.
  • Careful, detail-oriented, with good document management and data control skills.
  • Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Excel, with the ability to consolidate, reconcile, and monitor data.
  • Good organizational and deadline management skills.
  • Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Proactive, responsible, and able to work effectively in a team.
