SVC: SAVICO chooses KPMG as its audit company in 2013
On June 25, 2013, the Board of Directors of Saigon General Service Corporation (SAVICO) decided to select KPMG Co., Ltd. – Hochiminh Branch to audit SAVICO’s financial statements in 2013.
The Board of Directors also approved the audit fee of US$39,000 for SAVICO’s single-entity and consolidated financial statements (including US$31,000 for SAVICO’s full-year financial statements and US$8,000 for SAVICO’s half-year financial statements).
