Viglacera Tien Son JSC announces change in the Board of Directors as follows:

-            Mr.  Nguyen Van Sinh has resigned from Chair of the Board and Member of the BOD.

-            Mr. Nguyen Minh Tuan has been appointed Chair of the Board with effect since 16/07/2013.

-            Mr. Nguyen Duy Truc has been appointed Director in place of Mr. Nguyen Van Sinh with effect since 16/07/2013.
