Viet Thang Feed Joint Stock Company has announced the BOD’s resolution as follows:

Article 1: Approving a new share issue based plans to inventors:

-         Number of outstanding shares: 31,359,637 shares

-         Total number of issued shares for payment the 2012 dividend: 10,453,212 shares

Article 2: Approving plan to deal with fractional shares

-         The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be canceled.

-         Article 3: The resolution is valid as from June 10, 2013.
