SC5: Board Resolution No.398
On July 02, 2013, the Board of Directors of Construction Joint Stock Company No.5 issued Board Resolution No.398 to approve the following contents:
- Limit new investment projects, push construction projects:
+ Ward 22 project – Binh Thanh district;
+ Tan Phuoc project;
+ An Phuc project – District 8;
+ Phuoc Long B project – District 9;
+ My Duc project – Binh Thanh district.
- Approve the decentralization of power:
+ The BOD Chairman have the right to decide projects worth from VND50 billion and below. The projects with value from VND50 billion and over must be approved by the Board of Directors.
+ Mr. Tran Chinh Diep – a member of the Board of Directors, has the right to decide Ward 22 project.
