SRA: Results of General Meeting of Shareholders 2013

Sara Vietnam JSC has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Reports of the BOD and Supervisory Board.
2. Assigning the Board of Directors to choose auditor for auditing the Company’s financial statement 2013
3. Mr. Dang Hong Hai has been appointed Director
4. Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Duong has been appointed member of Supervisory Board
