I. Result of bond offering:

- Selling price: VND1,000,000/bond
- Bond term: 03 years
- Interest term: interest will be paid in the end of every twelve months.
- Bond interest: 6%/year
- Issue date: December 19, 2012
- Number of registered bonds: 557,846 bonds
- Number of distributed bonds: 557,846 bonds
- Total capital mobilized from the bond offering: VND557,846,000,000.
- Total expense for the bond offering: VND1,855,728,364
- Total net capital: VND555,990,271,636.
II. Report on the use of capital:
1. Plan:
- The capital from the offering will be invested in infrastructure projects in electricity, water, real estate…sections.
2. Result:
- Invest in electricity infrastructure: VND504.49 billion.
- Invest in water section: VND36.8 billion.
- Invest in real estate projects: VND14.7 billion.
