- Reason: profit after tax in the audited financial statement FY 2011 and 2012 are negative (Year 2011: - VND14,292,035,726 and Year 2012: - VND181,216,960,975)
- Effective date: 13/06/2013
Supervision period ends when STL overcomes current situation.
