1, Responsibility

Trading Operations

  • Operate daily trading systems, reconcile orders, clear and settle, perform error correction, and troubleshoot.
  • Execute and process operations related to derivatives and covered warrants, ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures.
  • Propose ideas to improve and enhance user experience for products/features and system interfaces.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and acceptance of new trading systems, system features, or new products/services.
  • Collaborate in building business/system feature documentation for product/service development and improvement.

Custody & Asset Management

  • Perform securities custody operations (stocks, bonds), control account opening/closing, deposit/withdraw/transfer securities, blocking/unblocking, and open bond trading accounts with VSDC.
  • Manage shareholder lists, corporate actions (dividends, rights issues, voting, etc.), and reconcile daily balances.
  • Archive documents and transaction records in compliance with legal and company regulations.

Projects & Development

  • Research the market, update new policies from regulators (SSC, Exchanges, VSDC) to propose adjustments to service packages and fee policies.
  • Develop operational procedures, product manuals, and related documents.
  • Participate in system development projects and product/service development as needed.
  • Research, propose, and coordinate with IT/Data departments to automate manual operations and apply technology to enhance customer experience on online trading platforms.

Reporting & Other Tasks

  • Prepare periodic/ad-hoc reports for regulators (SSC, Stock Exchanges, VSDC).
  • Provide training and guidance for related departments and support in-depth customer inquiries.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

2, Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Securities, Finance, Banking, Auditing, or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in a similar position at securities companies or banks (Custody/Settlement/Trading).
  • Knowledge:
    • Strong understanding of Securities Law and current regulations on trading and custody.
    • Solid grasp of clearing and settlement processes and corporate actions.
  • Skills:
    • Flexible problem-solving skills.
    • Preference for candidates with data processing skills.
    • Good communication, creative thinking, and a process improvement mindset.
    • Proficient in office computing skills, with the ability to read and understand English documents.
  • Preferences:
    • Securities practicing certificate.
    • Experience in system project implementation under Agile methodology.
    • Familiarity with data tools (Power BI, etc.) and the ability to apply AI in work is a strong plus.
