HQC: Agribank signs a credit contract to finance Cheery 3 Apartment
On July 18, 2013, Hoang Quan Consulting – Trading – Service Real Estate Corporation (Hoang Quan Corp) signed credit contract with Agribank –Hoc Mon Branch to finance capital for the Cheery 3 Apartment Project in Hoc Mon District.
Total value of credit support package is 365 billion dongs in which the bank will finance 315 billion dongs for buyers with interest rate of 6% each year in 10 years. (This is part of credit package of 30,000 billion dongs of the Government). The bank will finance 50 billion dongs for Hoang Quan Corp to built project.
This credit support package will be disbursed to Hoang Quan Corp and buyers in July, 2013.
