TXM: Explanation for audit opinion in the FS year 2012
On 28/03/2013, Gypsum and Cement JSC explained the audit opinion in the audited FS year 2012 as follows:
- Quang Tri cement grinding station Project was transferred to BimSon Cement JSC (BCC)
- On 1/1/2012, the construction value of the Project reflected in the balance of construction in progress was VND172,381,655,523
After working between TXM and BCC on 22/2/2012, BCC paid off TMX the expense amount before tax of VND141,856,587,734. The rest would be paid by BCC later. Then the rest balance of construction in progress would be adjusted accordingly.
