Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and product-minded AI Solutions Engineer to join our Product Department. In this role, you will help identify real business problems and turn them into scalable AI/ML solutions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy end-to-end AI products that bring measurable value to the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess opportunities to apply AI/ML (especially LLMs, APIs, or custom models) to internal business processes.

  • Build and deploy end-to-end AI solutions such as chatbots, document processing tools, recommendation engines, etc.

  • Integrate AI solutions with internal systems (e.g., CRMs, databases, internal tools).

  • Fine-tune or prompt-tune open-source or API-based LLMs to address specific business use cases.

  • Work closely with product managers, business stakeholders, and data teams to align AI solutions with actual business needs.

  • Communicate technical solutions to non-technical audiences when required.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in relevant domains.

Technical skills:

1. Applied AI/ML

  • Hands-on experience with LLMs such as GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, etc.

  • Proficiency with frameworks/libraries like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Haystack.

  • Experience with fine-tuning, embedding-based retrieval (RAG), or model adaptation.

  • Worked with vector databases such as FAISS, Weaviate, or Pinecone.

2. Software Engineering

  • Strong Python skills (FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks).

  • Experience with REST APIs, microservices, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

  • Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control, and software deployment.

3. Data Engineering

  • Ability to work with both structured and unstructured data.

  • Experience building data pipelines and performing preprocessing.

  • Familiar with SQL, Pandas, and ideally some Apache tools (e.g., Spark, Airflow is a plus).

4. Product & Business Mindset

  • Ability to translate business problems into technical AI/ML solutions.

  • Comfortable working with and explaining ideas to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Cares about ROI, user experience, and solution scalability.

Language:

  • Proficient in English, particularly in reading technical documentation and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
