Job Description:
- Preparation & translation of documents, contracts and liquidation minutes for Advisory Division.
- Support in the performance of Advisory Contracts.
- Other tasks assigned by the Head of Division.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor‘s degree in Finance - Banking, Securities, Economics, or related fields.
- Having knowledge of finance, securities and current legal regulations on capital business at securities companies.
- Basic knowledge of Law on Enterprises, Law on Investment, Law on Securities and other related regulations.
- High sense of responsibility and carefulness
- Proficient in English business.
