Job Description:

  • Operate and monitor IT systems at branch offices to ensure system stability, security, and uninterrupted operations. 
  • Provide timely IT support to internal users and brokers, covering:
    + PCs, laptops, operating systems, and office software applications.
    + Network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, WiFi, VPN, Email systems, and securities trading applications. 
  • Manage and respond to IT support requests (tickets), ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). 
  • Guide and instruct users on compliance with information security policies and best practices. 
  • Administer and maintain branch server rooms, including management of servers, network devices, UPS, power supply and cooling systems. 
  • Execute regular data backup activities in accordance with IT policies. 
  • Collaborate with Head Office IT teams and external vendors to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve IT incidents efficiently.
  • Prepare and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports on IT system statuses, incidents encountered, and implemented solutions. 
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the IT Director.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields. 
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT Support or IT Operations, preferably in financial or securities environments. 
  • Strong technical knowledge, including:
    + Proficient in Linux (critical) and Windows Server administration.

    + Familiarity with hardware such as PCs, laptops, printers, switches, routers, firewalls, and UPS systems.
    + Basic understanding of information security concepts. Certifications like CCNA, MCSA, or CompTIA are advantageous.
    + Experience or skills in automation scripting (Shell scripting, Python) is highly preferred. 
  • Language skills: average proficiency in English is required.
